Our camper vans and motorhomes not only stand for travel comfort, but also offer a variety of added values that make every holiday excellent. This has been confirmed by independent juries and public awards that our camper vans and motorhomes have been honoured with in the recent past, which makes us extremely proud.
Motorhome of the Year for the Malibu Van 2019 | 2020 | 2022 | 2023 | 2024.
Malibu vans promise a travel experience that is characterised by maximum comfort and are not only popular with the expert jury, but with experienced campers too. This has been proven many times in the annual poll of readers of promobil magazine to select the Motorhome of the Year, in which our Malibu van has emerged as a true serial winner, with four first places in the “Camper van with bathroom over €60,000” category between 2019 and 2023. Following this string of incredible victories, the Malibu Van has been successful yet again by coming second out of 33 participants in the vote for the Motorhome of the Year in 2024. We’re delighted about the trust placed in us by all of the readers who have voted for us over the years.
NKC Kampeerauto van het jaar 2019 | 2021.
Our Malibu Van was awarded “Camper Van of the Year” by the Dutch NKC in the camper van category in 2019. And as if that in itself wasn’t enough reason to celebrate, our Malibu Van first class – two rooms won the award for us again in 2021 and also prevailed as “Camper Van of the Year 2021” in the camper van category. This award is presented annually – the winners are nominated by a jury of experts and selected by the public in an online vote.
Camper dell’Anno 2019 | 2020 | 2021.
CamperOnline is the first Italian website that specialises in leisure vehicles. The “Camper dell’Anno” (Motorhome of the Year) is voted for every year by the CamperOnline community. We’ve already been fortunate enough to experience what it’s like to win this award with our Malibu Van three times in a row. We took the top spot in the “Van over €48,000” category in 2019, our Malibu Van came first in the “Van over €48,000” category the following year, and we also managed to take first place in the “Van over €55,000” category in 2021.
König Kunde Award 2021.
Quality is paramount at Malibu. This was confirmed by the 2021 König Kunde readers’ poll conducted by Reisemobil International, a specialist European magazine, which awarded first place to our Malibu vehicles in the “Quality” category. But that’s not all – as part of the König Kunde readers’ poll, Reisemobil International chose us as the recipients of the “Particularly innovative” special award, as well as the special award for high safety standards the same year. These awards are highly significant and mean a lot to us, as only people who actually own a vehicle are allowed to take part in the poll.

In the “Reisemobil-Wahl 2021” readers’ poll conducted by AutoZeitung, the Malibu first class – two rooms 640 LE RB was named the winner in the camper van category by readers. With its innovative two-room concept, the model is the perfect travel companion for those who appreciate space and a smooth ride.
European Innovation Award 2021 | 2022.
We’re delighted that our Malibu Van was the winner of the “Overall Concept – Van” category in the European Innovation Award 2021. But we didn’t just win an award for the overall concept of our Malibu Van, but for the overall concept of our Malibu motorhomes as well. In 2022, they were the winners in the “Overall Concept – Motorhome” category of the European Innovation Award. This award recognises outstanding innovations in the motorhome and caravanning industry.
Das Goldene Reisemobil 2021 | 2022.
The readers of the respected magazine AUTO BILD REISEMOBIL were called upon to vote for the most popular innovations of 2021 in eight categories. Our Malibu Van did well and was awarded first place in the “Camper vans” category. In the following year, 2022, the most popular innovations were once again voted for in nine different categories and our Malibu Van was chosen as the winner once more in the “Camper van” category.
