Malibu novelties model year 2025
The 2025 model year from Malibu has it all. With the genius 641 LE, Malibu is opening a completely new chapter for vans based on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. Its unique layout with the revolutionary tailor-made rear extension maximises travel and living comfort in a compact footprint. But that’s not all. The interior of the popular Malibu Van on a Fiat Ducato chassis is being completely updated for the 2025 model year. Semi-integrated and integrated Malibu motorhomes are now also available on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. The unique world of Malibu camper vans: The extensive Malibu Van range on a Fiat Ducato chassis is retained for the new model year. It comes in four different model classes (compact, comfort, diversity and first class – two rooms) and includes seven layouts in total. There is also the Exclusive Line Charming, which comes in the coupé and GT skyview versions, as well as the family-for-4 option with its exclusive hybrid pop-up roof.

THE NEW EXTERIOR.
This is a vehicle that’s sure to turn heads. The Malibu Van on the new Fiat Ducato 10 Series is one of the highlights of the new model year with its striking new front. Not only does it feature a new radiator grille and front bumper – the exterior look has also been revamped.
The Fiat Ducato 10 Series also boasts the new 8-speed automatic torque converter, which is available if automatic transmission is chosen for the 180 HP engine.
THE NEW INTERIOR.
The new Malibu Van isn’t just great to look at – it is also packed full of features inside.
THE NEW MALIBU I/T 450 RB-LE.
Less length doesn’t mean less comfort. The new Malibu I/T 450 RB-LE demonstrates this in impressive fashion with its new layout concept. Other than a few centimetres in vehicle length, nothing is missing from the new model. A luxury bathroom, lengthways single beds and a comfort corner kitchen – when it comes to comfort, you won’t be left wanting.
And don’t forget that along with the new layout, there’s also a new chassis – in addition to the Fiat Ducato, the Malibu I/T 450 RB-LE is now also available on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
THE EXTERIOR.
What a sight! It’s clear to see that the new Malibu I/T 450 RB-LE is a truly special motorhome just from looking at the exterior. Despite its compact length of only 7 to 7.18 metres, it boasts a wide array of convenient features. Depending on your requirements, the new model is available as an integrated or semi-integrated motorhome on a Fiat Ducato chassis with the pre-fitted low frame, but you now also have the choice of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis with AL-KO low frame and a wide wheelbase rear axle.
The redesigned Dynamic Design rear end with curved corner pillars and striking rear lights is a real highlight. Black Metallic paintwork is available as an option for the cab of semi-integrated motorhomes.
THE MOTORHOME VAN.
When short is too short and long is too long, the new Malibu genius on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis is just right thanks to our innovative rear extension. This has allowed us to achieve a compact vehicle length of 6.41 m with a unique layout design boasting unparalleled living, sleeping and driving comfort.
A cut above the rest: The motorhome van. Why? The Malibu genius combines the best of both worlds. It marries the benefits of a compact camper van with the genes and body technology of a spacious motorhome.
Whatever doesn’t fit is made to measure. In place of the classic van rear with double doors, we have an innovative rear extension in “extra protect” GRP sandwich construction. Not only does this result in a unique vehicle concept – it also provides you with numerous benefits:
- Compact vehicle length of 6.41 m.
- Comfortable lengthways single beds with lying length of up to 2 metres.
- Large, extra-low rear garage with ergonomic access with huge rear hatch. At 1.52 m in width and 1.05 m in height, this provides both optimal access to the rear storage compartment, as well as increased break-in protection thanks to triple locking and central locking.
- High-quality aluminium framed window integrated in exterior with increased break-in protection and reduced wind noise.
- High-quality “extra protect” insulation in GRP sandwich construction for comfortable trips in the cold seasons.
- No thermal bridges in upper sections and sleeping area like with most rear double doors.
