The aim of our After Sales Service – and indeed our entire company – is to ensure that you are satisfied with your Malibu motorhome or Malibu camper van, and that you enjoy unforgettable journeys in it.

When it comes to customer care, services, repairs, intermittent maintenance jobs such as leak tests or spare parts, our service partners and dealers are your primary contact partners and know everything there is to know about how to maintain your vehicle.

Our competent and regularly qualified service partners are on hand with help and advice all across Europe.

For complex, technical issues, our partners are also actively supported by our factory-based After Sales Service and Service Centre.

This allows us to ensure that you have an outstanding travel companion for your next adventure and won’t need to compromise on anything!

We recommend proceeding as follows:

First, make an appointment with the dealer and service partner from whom you purchased your motorhome. They will always be your primary contact partner.

They will coordinate with you to plan a service appointment and, if necessary, will also schedule an appointment with the Carthago Service Centre.

However well you have prepared for a trip, it is impossible to rule out unforeseen emergencies, where you need help while on the road.

That’s why we have set up an emergency number for our customers. Here, our service team is on hand to provide technical help to Malibu Van and Malibu Motorhome customers who are experiencing urgent problems while on the road, including on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00.

We recommend having the following documents and information at hand, so that the service centre can deal with your issue as quickly as possible:

Vehicle documentation (especially vehicle identification number and registration plate number)
Exact location (if this is not known, then information on closest town/city or motorway exit)
